Learn to meditate

  • Start a meditation practice alongside the Humanspace mindfulness teacher of your choice.

    You can choose to do one single session, a monthly practice, or a weekly practice. You can pause, stop or change the frequency whenever you wish.

    Your meditation program is built according to your intention, goals and timeline. The program is precisely tailored to your needs and aspirations.

  • Group Size: Individuals or couples

    Each session lasts one hour and is structured as follows:

    • Conscious Listening

    • Meditation

    • Best practices

    The meditations can be recorded for you only with your consent.

    This practice is designed for you to explore your core beliefs and learn to anchor a strong meditation practice, making your life more simple and beautiful.
