    The course is designed for you to gain insights and anchor practices of mindfulness in your everyday life.

    There are countless ways to practice mindfulness, be more present and make your life more beautiful. Each week, you will be invited to pick the mindfulness practices of your choice.

    You will be invited to contemplate the following spheres:

    • Perception: Awareness - Esteem - Regulation

    • Active Listening: Silence - Breath - Pause

    • Relation: Trust - Empathy - Teamwork

    The course is self-paced, however we invite you to take this course for at least 3 months, to explore in depth what works best for you.
